Services are available for flexible durations, including 8, 12, or 24-hour shifts, and hourly options for those requiring shorter periods of assistance. Whether it's overnight care, daytime support, or around-the-clock supervision, we tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client.

Please note: Home Life Health Care requires a minimum commitment of 4 hours per day, at least 3 days per week.

Home Life Health Care's Post Surgery Care service is designed to provide personalized support and assistance to individuals as they navigate the challenges of post-operative healing, allowing them to focus on rest and recovery in the comfort of their own home.

Our experienced caregivers are trained to provide comprehensive post-surgery care. Whether it's assisting with activities of daily living, medication reminders, monitoring for signs of complications, meal preparation, or providing emotional support, our caregivers are dedicated to promoting wellness and facilitating a speedy recovery.

At Home Life Health Care, we understand the importance of empowering individuals to have control over their own care. That's why we offer Consumer Directed Services (CDS) to eligible participants in Missouri. CDS is a Medicaid program that allows individuals to manage their own home care services, giving them the flexibility and freedom to choose their caregivers and tailor their care plans according to their unique needs.

Often, family members and friends perform essential duties for their loved ones with disabilities. Unfortunately, the time spent helping your loved ones goes uncompensated. With CDS, you can get paid for everyday tasks like grocery shopping, cleaning and much more! CDS is designed to provide disabled individuals the opportunity to self-direct their home care services. 

Qualifications:

• Be a Missouri resident 18 years of age or older
• Have or qualify for Medicaid
• Physically disabled
• Requires at least a nursing home level of care

Participants in the CDS program receive a budget based on their assessed needs, which they can use to hire caregivers and purchase approved services. They have the flexibility to decide when and how their care is provided, ensuring that their preferences and priorities are respected. Eligible participants have the authority to hire, train, and manage their own caregivers.

Our Role:

At Home Life Health Care, we support individuals enrolled in the Consumer Directed Services program by providing assistance with administrative tasks, such as payroll processing, Medicaid billing, and compliance with program regulations. Our dedicated team is here to ensure that participants receive the support they need to successfully manage their own care and live independently in their homes.
